  • Sleep disruption linked to stress

Available programmes

Food Freedom & Weight Relationship Reset (5 weeks)

A structured, supportive programme to help you develop a calm, balanced relationship with food and your body.

Includes:

  • emotional eating support

  • habit and belief re-patterning

  • nervous system regulation

  • optional Virtual Gastric Band work as part of the programme

This is not about dieting or restriction — it’s about lasting behavioural and emotional change.

Freedom From Compulsion Programme (4–6 weeks)

Support for habits or behaviours that feel hard to control or shift alone.

This programme focuses on:

  • understanding what the behaviour is doing for you

  • building alternative coping strategies

  • strengthening self-trust and regulation

Commitment

These programmes require willingness and engagement. You’ll be supported with tools to practise between sessions, allowing change to embed naturally.
