When change needs support over time

Some patterns are not problems to be “fixed” — they are adaptations shaped by stress, experience, and nervous system learning.

This pathway is designed for patterns that tend to repeat, shift, or resurface when only addressed at a surface level. It offers structured, time-bound support to help change embed gradually and sustainably.


This pathway may be supportive if you are experiencing:

  • recurring patterns around food, habits, or coping
  • challenges with emotional or stress-related eating
  • habitual or compulsive behaviours that feel difficult to shift
  • cycles of stress, overwhelm, or heightened reactivity
  • sleep disruption linked to ongoing mental or emotional load

Rather than focusing on labels, this work supports the underlying patterns and responses that drive behaviour.


How this work is different

Rather than targeting behaviour alone, we work with:

  • underlying emotional drivers
  • subconscious beliefs and associations
  • nervous system responses to stress and safety
  • self-regulation and internal stability

This approach reduces pattern substitution and supports change that feels more sustainable over time.


Available Programmes

Food Freedom & Weight Relationship Reset (5 weeks)

A structured, supportive programme designed to help you develop a calmer, more balanced relationship with food and your body.

This programme may include:

  • emotional and stress-related eating support
  • belief and habit re-patterning
  • nervous system regulation practices
  • optional Virtual Gastric Band work as part of the overall process

This is not about dieting or restriction. It focuses on awareness, regulation, and long-term behavioural change.


Freedom From Compulsion Programme (4–6 weeks)

A structured programme supporting habitual or compulsive patterns that feel difficult to shift through logic alone.

This work focuses on:

  • understanding what the pattern provides or protects
  • developing alternative regulation strategies
  • strengthening self-trust and internal safety

Support is paced and adapted to the individual.


Commitment & Engagement

These programmes require willingness and active engagement. You’ll be supported with tools and practices between sessions, allowing change to integrate gradually rather than relying on sessions alone.

These programmes support behavioural and emotional pattern change but are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or addiction treatment. If you are currently receiving or require specialist care, this work can be discussed as complementary support where appropriate.
