Food Freedom & Weight Relationship Reset (5 weeks)
A structured, supportive programme to help you develop a calm, balanced relationship with food and your body.
Includes:

This is not about dieting or restriction — it’s about lasting behavioural and emotional change.
Freedom From Compulsion Programme (4–6 weeks)
Support for habits or behaviours that feel hard to control or shift alone.
