Rapid Change Hypnotherapy
Focused hypnotherapy for specific, contained concerns
Rapid Change Hypnotherapy is designed for clear, contained issues where deeper patterning is not dominant.
This pathway offers a focused, practical approach while still working gently with the nervous system and subconscious mind. It is most suitable when the goal is specific and well defined.
This pathway may be suitable for:
- specific fears or phobic responses (e.g. flying, needles, public speaking)
- confidence or performance-related blocks
- smoking-related habits where readiness for change is present
- habitual responses you want to interrupt
- clearly identifiable emotional triggers
This work focuses on one primary area at a time rather than ongoing or complex patterns.
What sessions involve
Sessions are structured and collaborative, and may include:
- clarifying your goal and intention for change
- identifying subconscious responses or blocks
- hypnotherapy tailored to your needs
- practical tools to support integration after the session
Some people notice shifts after a single session. Others choose a follow-up session to support consolidation or integration.
Advanced techniques
Where appropriate, I may draw on advanced hypnotherapy approaches (such as The Simpson Protocol) to access subconscious insight.
This work does not require you to talk through personal details and is always guided by comfort, consent, and readiness.
Important note on suitability
If deeper emotional patterns or nervous system responses emerge during this work, I may recommend transitioning into a Pattern Change Programme.
This supports more sustainable change over time and helps reduce the risk of substitution or recurrence.
Session details
- Initial session: 60–90 minutes
- Follow-up sessions: as needed
- Available online via Zoom or in person (Auckland & Whanganui)
Gentle boundary
Rapid Change Hypnotherapy supports focused pattern change but is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or addiction treatment. If specialist care is required, this work may be discussed as complementary support.
