Some clients experience meaningful change in one session. Others benefit from a follow-up to consolidate results.

Where appropriate, I may draw on advanced hypnotherapy approaches (such as The Simpson Protocol) to access deeper subconscious insight — without requiring you to talk through personal details.

Important note

If deeper emotional or nervous system patterns emerge, I may recommend moving into a Pattern Change Programme to support lasting change and reduce the risk of substitution.
