Shipping Policy
Physical Products (New Zealand Only)
NEKAWA ships physical products within New Zealand only.
Orders are dispatched using NZ Couriers (and their delivery partners) or NZ Post, with tracked delivery.
We aim to dispatch orders as promptly as possible. If an item is on backorder or temporarily unavailable, we will notify you.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been picked and packed, and a further notification once the parcel has been collected by the courier.
Shipping Rates

Urban delivery: $8.50

Rural delivery: $14.50
Rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
After courier pickup from NEKAWA, typical delivery timeframes are:

North Island: overnight

South Island: up to 2 business days

Rural addresses: 2–3 business days
Please note that these timeframes are estimates only. Courier, depot, or regional delays can occur, particularly during busy periods. We kindly ask that you allow a few extra days before contacting us regarding delivery delays.
Order Collection
In some cases, orders may be collected at your next in-person treatment appointment by prior arrangement.

Digital Products
Digital products, including online recordings, courses, and downloads, are available internationally and are delivered electronically. No physical shipping applies to digital purchases.
