NEKAWA Ongoing Care – Subscription Policy

NEKAWA offers an optional ongoing care arrangement for clients attending the Whanganui clinic who wish to support continued nervous system regulation and bodywork integration through regular sessions. Ongoing care places are limited to maintain a consistent level of attention for each client.

Subscription Structure

Ongoing Care provides one appointment per month at the agreed ongoing client rate.

Subscriptions are billed monthly through the secure payment system selected at checkout.

This arrangement is available for Whanganui clinic clients and is typically discussed after an initial session to ensure it is appropriate for your needs.

Minimum Commitment

The Ongoing Care option includes a minimum commitment of six months.

This commitment allows time for the body and nervous system to respond to consistent support.

After the initial six-month period, the subscription continues on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled.

Managing Your Subscription

Payment details are stored securely through the payment provider used at checkout.

You may manage your subscription through the link provided in your order confirmation email.

Changes to billing details or payment methods can be made at any time through this portal.

Cancellation

After the initial six-month period, subscriptions may be cancelled with at least 7 days notice prior to the next billing date.

If a subscription is cancelled before the completion of the six-month commitment, NEKAWA reserves the right to invoice the difference between the ongoing client rate and the standard session rate for sessions already attended.

Missed or Rescheduled Appointments

Appointments may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice.

Sessions missed without notice may be forfeited.

Unused sessions do not roll over to future months unless agreed in advance.

Payment Issues

If a scheduled payment cannot be processed, the system will automatically attempt to process the payment again.

If payment remains unresolved, subscription benefits and future bookings may be paused until the account is brought up to date.

Service Nature

NEKAWA sessions provide supportive nervous system and bodywork services and are not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
