Mind-Body Hypnosis Support

Supporting the connection between mind, body, and nervous system

Mind–Body Hypnosis Support is a longer-term, integrative hypnotherapy pathway for those experiencing ongoing stress patterns, nervous system overload, or seeking supportive care alongside existing medical treatment.

This pathway reflects my most integrative work — combining hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation, and body-based awareness — and is paced carefully to support safety, steadiness, and resilience over time.

This pathway may be supportive if you are experiencing:

  • ongoing stress or burnout patterns
  • persistent discomfort or mind–body tension
  • fatigue or nervous system overload
  • emotional strain related to long-term health challenges
  • a desire for supportive care during or after medical treatment

Rather than focusing on diagnosis or symptom removal, this work supports how the nervous system responds to stress, experience, and ongoing demand.

How this work is positioned

This is supportive hypnotherapy, not a replacement for medical, psychological, or allied health care.

The focus is on:

  • comfort and coping
  • emotional resilience
  • nervous system regulation
  • stress reduction
  • supporting overall quality of life

This work is always adapted to the individual and delivered in a way that respects existing care plans.

Programme structure

  • Typically 6–12 weeks, depending on needs and pacing
  • Sessions are tailored and unhurried
  • Emphasis on safety, regulation, and integration

You’ll also be guided in gentle self-support practices that can be used between sessions to reinforce steadiness and regulation.

Important note on scope

Mind–Body Hypnosis Support is always complementary to existing healthcare and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

If at any stage this work does not feel appropriate, alternative NEKAWA pathways or additional support may be discussed.
