Appointment Cancellation Policy

To respect the time of your therapist and other clients wishing to book, NEKAWA has the following cancellation policy for appointments:

• More than 48 hours’ notice — no charge
• Less than 24 hours’ notice — 50% of the session fee
• No-show or same-day cancellation — 100% of the session fee

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Where possible, please provide as much notice as you can so your appointment time may be offered to another client.
