The Athlete Transition & Retirement Programme offers personalised mindset support to help athletes stabilise, rebuild confidence, and create a clear pathway forward beyond competition.


How the Programme Works

Every athlete enters transition at a different stage and with unique challenges. For this reason, the programme is offered on a per-session basis, allowing support to continue for as long as it remains valuable and relevant.

Initial Session – 2 hours

A comprehensive deep-dive exploring:

  • identity beyond sport
  • emotional load and transition stress
  • mindset patterns and belief structures
  • transferable strengths and performance traits
  • future direction and next steps

Ongoing Sessions

60–120 minutes, tailored to your goals, pace, and stage of transition.

If you choose to purchase directly, that’s absolutely fine. This programme begins with a structured starting point, followed by personalised support shaped around you.

After purchase, you’ll be contacted to arrange your sessions and discuss whether online or in-person appointments are the best fit based on availability, location, and your individual needs. There’s no need to decide this upfront — we’ll work it out together.

Sessions may be offered:

  • in person (subject to clinic availability)
