Transitioning out of competitive sport looks different for every athlete - whether you’re retiring early, stepping back after years of high performance, or navigating the loss of structure, identity and purpose that sport once provided.
The Athlete Transition & Retirement Program offers personalised mindset support to help athletes adjust, rebuild confidence and create a clear pathway forward beyond competition.
How the Program Works
Because every athlete enters retirement at a different level and with unique challenges, this program is offered per session, allowing you to continue for as long as you find value and benefit.

First session: 2 hours
A comprehensive deep-dive into identity, emotional load, career transition needs, mindset patterns, and future pathways. -
Ongoing sessions:
60–120 minutes, tailored to your goals, pace and stage of transition.
This program supports athletes with:
