This is about rewiring your thinking into understanding what it means to feel full and hungry and to enable the body to become efficient in fat burning.

How many sessions are required?
The program is based around 5 weekly sessions. The program content will vary as each program is based upon the individual’s requirements, wants and goals. Self hypnosis will be discused and advised to do between sessions. The door is always open for continued support and individual sessions may be purchased in the future if required. Although uncommon such a situation might arise if a new potential trigger worries the client about relapsing into bad habits or they would like help to work through things.
