Treatments predominantly use craniosacral therapy, sports and remedial massage and fascial release techniques focusing on a holistic whole body approach to releasing restrictions and imbalances.

Craniosacral therapy may incorporate SomatoEmotional Release work to resolve withheld trauma restrictions, and work directly with the systems of the body such as the nervous, musculoskeletal and immune systems.

Please complete below NEKAWA CONSULT FORM before first appointment (this is a combined form for all modalities at Nekawa please reach out if you prefer not to complete a form referring to hypnotherapy).

Standard treatments are 60 or 90 minutes.

90 minutes is best for combined structural integration work of deep tissue realignment and craniosacral therapy.

*30 minutes - this appointment is only suitable for a rebook for Joint Alignment and Decompression / Arthritis Care or Dental Work.
