NEKAWA Ongoing Care – Subscription Terms

The NEKAWA Ongoing Care option is designed for clients who wish to support ongoing nervous system and bodywork integration through regular sessions.

The subscription has a minimum commitment of six months from the start date.

After the initial six-month period, the subscription will continue on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled.

Payments are processed automatically each month through the secure payment system at the time of subscription.

The monthly fee secures one appointment per month at the ongoing client rate.

After the initial six-month commitment, the subscription may be cancelled at any time with 7 days notice prior to the next billing date.

Cancellations can be made through the client portal or by contacting NEKAWA directly.

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

Sessions missed without notice may be forfeited.

If a payment fails, the system will automatically attempt to process the payment again.

If payment cannot be completed, the subscription and associated appointment privileges may be paused until resolved.

Ongoing care places are limited to ensure each client receives appropriate attention and integration.

This option is available for Whanganui clinic appointments.

Subscriptions are intended for the individual client and cannot be transferred to another person.
