Hypnotherapy vs Hypnotic Coaching
At NEKAWA and Elite Mindset, I use both hypnotherapy and hypnotic coaching, however they serve different purposes.
Hypnotherapy is often centred around healing and resolution. It helps individuals understand and release patterns, beliefs, emotions or experiences that may be keeping them stuck. The focus is often on creating safety within the nervous system, reducing the impact of past experiences and restoring balance so a person can move forward with greater ease.
Hypnotic coaching is future-focused. Rather than unravelling and being a support in an individual’s healing journey, the direction is “What is possible from here?”
Through hypnotic coaching, we work in collaboration: identify goals, clarify direction, remove subconscious barriers, strengthen belief and create alignment between who my client is today and who they want to become.
The hypnosis component allows us to engage the subconscious mind so that change occurs at a deeper level than conscious effort alone.
In simple terms:
Hypnotherapy supports healing and resolution - it helps individuals reconnect with themselves.
Hypnotic coaching supports growth and expansion - helps individuals move towards possibility.
