My Journey With Hypnosis
I discovered hypnosis after years of trying to quiet the constant chatter in my own mind. Meditation and mindfulness helped — but it wasn’t until I experienced clinical hypnotherapy that I truly felt present.
It helped me stop second-guessing, dissolve old patterns, and reconnect with clarity and calm. Now I guide others through that same process — helping you release the subconscious patterns that hold you back so you can think freely, feel better, and move forward with confidence.

Children naturally live in a near-constant state of hypnosis until around age 7, which is why early experiences form lifelong beliefs and habits. The good news? You can reprogram those patterns at any age — gently, safely, and effectively.

Sessions are outcome-focused, not time-limited. We work to achieve meaningful shifts, not simply fill an hour.
Most sessions are between 60–90 minutes, with flexibility to suit the work you need.
