Nekawa is proud to supply the products on our website and we want you to be satisfied with them.

 

Change of Heart

However if you have changed your mind then we will be happy to take the return  so long as the product is unopened, still in its original packaging and with the packing slip from the order. Please note the cost of shipping the return is the customers expense.

Product Errors

Please note if you have received a product which is damaged*, defect or you have received the wrong item. Please CONTACT US in order to process a return. 

* If a product arrives damaged photos must be taken of the damaged packaging as well as the product

 

Sale Items / Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please refer to our CANCELLATION POLICY. Your refund will reflect these criteria.

 

Refund Process

We will notify you once we’ve received and checked your return. Our aim is to process returns within 5 business days of us receiving them. If the return is approved, reimbursement will be issued back to the original payment method. Please note it usually takes up to 5 business days to see the refund in your account.  If this time has passed and you still have not seen your payment refund then please CONTACT US.
