My Journey With Hypnosis

I came to hypnosis after years of trying to silence the constant chatter in my own mind. Meditation, mindfulness… they helped, but it wasn’t until I experienced clinical hypnotherapy that I truly felt present.

This work helped me quiet the inner noise, stop second-guessing and reconnect with clarity and calm. Now, I guide others through the same process - helping you release the subconscious patterns that hold you back, so you can think freely, feel better and move forward with confidence.

Sessions are outcome-focused, not time-based.
At Nekawa, the length of your session is tailored to the work we need to do together. Whether it’s a quick release of a specific issue or deeper, more transformational work, we’ll focus on achieving your desired outcome, not rushing through the clock.

Sessions typically range from 60 to 90 minutes, with the flexibility to adjust as needed.
